About Holycome

Holycome is a Wuzhou-based manufacturer and exporter of lab grown diamond, moissanite and lab grown gemstone jewellery, supplying wholesalers, importers, jewellery brands and online retailers in more than 60 countries.

Holycome was founded in Wuzhou, Guangxi in 2011 — the city that produces the majority of the world's cubic zirconia and a growing share of its moissanite. We began as a stone-cutting workshop with four polishing machines and a single setting bench. Today we operate a 6,000 m² facility that cuts, sets, polishes, plates, inspects and packs in one continuous line, with a monthly capacity of roughly 120,000 finished pieces.

We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. That distinction decides everything a wholesale buyer cares about: our quotations come from cost components rather than a distributor's price list, our lead times come from our own production schedule, and when something goes wrong there is no third party to blame.

What we make

  • Loose stones — calibrated moissanite, lab grown diamond (CVD and HPHT), lab grown emerald, ruby, sapphire, paraiba, padparadscha and zircon, sorted into matched parcels.
  • Finished jewellery — rings, bridal sets, men's bands, earrings, studs, necklaces, pendants, tennis bracelets and bangles.
  • OEM / ODM production — tooling and mass production from your sketches, CAD files, reference photographs or physical samples.
  • Trade supplies — workshop tools, setters' consumables and packing materials for buyers who also run their own bench.

How we work with trade buyers

Most of our customers are importers, jewellery brands, chain retailers and marketplace sellers who need a supplier that can be relied on for a season rather than a single shipment. That shapes three commitments:

  1. Specification before price. Every quotation states stone grade, metal, gram weight, plating, MOQ and lead time. If two suppliers quote differently, you can see exactly why.
  2. Sample before bulk. We sell single samples at list price and credit the cost against your first order above 200 pieces.
  3. Consistency over novelty. When you reorder a design six months later, we work from the retained approval sheet so colour, weight and finish match.

Certification and compliance

Stones can be supplied with IGI, GRA or GIA documentation, and every parcel can be accompanied by a certificate-to-stone match sheet with photographs. Metal components are supplied with a material declaration, and nickel-release testing is available per production batch for buyers selling into the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Where our customers are

Our largest markets are the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, Japan and the United Arab Emirates, with growing volumes in Brazil, South Africa and Southeast Asia. Orders ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS with insurance and tracking, and we prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and customs documentation for every shipment.

Why Wuzhou

Wuzhou produces the majority of the world's cubic zirconia and a rapidly growing share of its moissanite, which means the entire supply chain — rough material, cutting wheels, plating chemistry, findings, packaging — sits within a few kilometres of our workshop. That density has three practical effects for buyers. First, tooling and plating turnaround is measured in days rather than weeks. Second, we can buy rough and findings competitively at short notice, so a rush order does not automatically mean a premium price. Third, the city has an unusually deep pool of experienced setters and polishers, which is the constraint most factories hit when they try to scale quality rather than volume.

How we are organised

The company is run in four functions: the stone division (cutting, sorting, calibration), the jewellery division (CAD, casting, setting, polishing, plating), quality and compliance, and the export desk. The export desk is deliberately separate from production so that your specification questions are answered by someone whose job is accuracy rather than output. Every account has one named manager and one backup, both contactable by email and WhatsApp during Guangzhou working hours.

What we are investing in

Recent investment has gone into automated stone calibration, an additional rhodium plating line to shorten finishing queues, and X-ray fluorescence equipment for in-house plating thickness verification — a check most competitors send out. We would rather verify a specification in our own building than discover a deviation after a shipment has landed in another country.
