What happens after you send this
- Within 12 working hours — a named merchandiser replies with pricing at your quantity tier, MOQ per design, lead time and shipping options.
- If the specification is open — we propose two or three stone and metal combinations that hit different retail price points, so you can choose on margin rather than guesswork.
- If you want to see quality first — we send a sample at list price. The sample cost is credited against your first order above 200 pieces.
- If you approve — we issue an approval sheet covering stone grade, tolerances, metal, plating, dimensions, packing and lead time. Production starts only after you sign it.
To get a precise quote in one round trip, include
- Product type and style reference (photo, sketch or existing SKU)
- Stone: moissanite, lab grown diamond or lab grown gemstone, plus shape and size in ct or mm
- Colour and clarity target, and how much tolerance you will accept
- Metal: 925 sterling silver, 10K, 14K or 18K gold, and colour
- Quantity per design, and whether you want a mixed first order
- Destination country and whether you need assay or material declarations
- Packaging and branding requirements
Wholesale account or single order?
Both are welcome. Most buyers start with a trial order of 50–100 pieces across several designs to test grading consistency and packing, then move to scheduled replenishment once they are confident. If you are planning a full season or a private-label launch, tell us the annual volume in your first message — a written forecast is what allows us to reserve production capacity and reduce your per-order minimum.

We design, cast, set and polish everything in our own factory in Wuzhou, Guangxi — the city that produces the large majority of the world’s synthetic gemstones. No trading layer in between: you are talking to the people who make the jewellery.

How your jewellery is actually made
These are photographs from our own bench in Wuzhou, in the order the work happens. Nothing here is outsourced: the same team selects the rough crystal, cuts and polishes the stones, casts, sets, polishes the metal and inspects the finished piece before it is packed.

Test reports & registrations
Every material we ship is tested for nickel, lead and cadmium release by independent laboratories — SGS and CTT International — and we keep the reports on file. Ask us for the current report for a specific material or SKU and we will send it with your quotation.
Reports shown were issued to our manufacturing operation; document numbers and dates are legible on the originals and copies are available on request.
