Wholesale & Trade Program

Volume tiers, payment terms, account management and replenishment rules for importers, retailers and brands buying factory-direct.

Our trade programme is deliberately simple: published volume tiers, documented payment terms, and a named account manager who owns your orders from PO to delivery. No membership fee, no minimum annual commitment to open an account.

Volume pricing tiers

TierQuantity per orderDiscount off listWho it suits
Tier 1 — Sample10 – 49 pcsList priceTesting a design or a market
Tier 2 — Trade50 – 199 pcs8% offIndependent retailers, online sellers
Tier 3 — Wholesale200 – 499 pcs14% offImporters, multi-store retailers
Tier 4 — Programme500+ pcs20% offBrands and distributors with forecasts

Quantities can be mixed across designs within one order, so you reach a tier with a broad assortment rather than a single bet. Because we manufacture, the tier is calculated from factory cost rather than a distributor margin — which is usually where a 20–35% landed-cost difference appears between us and a trading company.

Payment terms

  • First order: 30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment.
  • Repeat orders: negotiable terms after three completed shipments, including partial credit on established accounts.
  • Methods: T/T bank transfer, PayPal (for sample and small orders), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance where you prefer platform escrow.
  • Currency: USD by default; EUR and GBP available on request.

What a trade account includes

  1. A named account manager who answers in English within 12 working hours, plus a second contact for escalation.
  2. Stock list access — a monthly availability sheet covering the fastest-moving designs and stone parcels.
  3. Priority production slots during the August–November peak season for accounts with a confirmed quarterly forecast.
  4. Sample credit — sample cost is credited against your first order above 200 pieces.
  5. Retained approval sheets so reorders six months later match colour, weight and finish.
  6. Documentation pack — invoice, packing list, certificate copies, material declarations and compliance test reports.

Regional exclusivity

For distributors handling significant volume we will discuss territory exclusivity on specific design families or stone lines, subject to a written minimum annual volume. Exclusivity is granted per product family rather than across the whole catalogue, so it protects your investment without freezing the rest of your range.

Replenishment and forecasting

Trade accounts that share a rolling three-month forecast get shorter lead times and better pricing stability, because we can hold metal and stone stock against your plan. Forecasts are not binding — they are a planning input, and we reconcile them monthly.

How to open an account

Send your company name, market, product interest and target quantities to sales@holycome.com, or submit an enquiry through any product page. We reply with a quotation, a stock list and a proposed first order structure. There is no application fee and no annual minimum to begin.

What happens after you place a first order

On confirmation you receive a proforma invoice with specifications, quantities, unit values, freight and bank details. Once the deposit clears we issue a production window and, for custom work, a CAD or sample approval step. During production you can request a status update at any time. Before dispatch we send photographs of the packed order, then the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate copies. After delivery, your account manager checks back to confirm the goods and note anything you want changed on the next run.

How we help you sell

Wholesale pricing is only half of a buyer's margin — the other half is sell-through. On request we supply stone specification sheets, certificate copies suitable for retail display, high-resolution product photography of the designs you order, and suggested retail price bands for your market. If you are building a bridal counter, we can structure a coordinated range (solitaire, matching band, three-stone alternative and men's band) so customers trade up within your own assortment rather than leaving to buy the matching piece elsewhere.

Working with forecasts

Trade accounts that share a rolling three-month forecast get shorter lead times because we can reserve metal and stone stock against the plan. Forecasts are not binding and are reconciled monthly — they exist so that your peak season is not a surprise to our production line, and so we can quote more aggressively on volume we can actually schedule.
